Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Enhance-d Club UK via https://shop.enhance-d.com, operated by Shifting the Perception of Type One Diabetes CIC (UK Company No. 15401822). This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations in line with UK consumer regulations.


1. Product Types and Labelling

Each product listing on our site will clearly state if the item is:

  • Stocked – In stock and ready to ship from the UK
  • Pre-Order / Back-Order – Ordered in bulk or made to order with lead times
  • Print-on-Demand – Custom printed specifically for you after your order (e.g., via Printful)

Different rules apply depending on the product type.


2. Your Right to Cancel (Stocked & Pre-Order Items)

If your item is stocked or pre-ordered, you have the legal right to:

  • Cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it
  • Receive a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery

You do not need to give a reason, but you must inform us of your intention to cancel within 14 days. After that, you have another 14 days to return the item.

Please note: If the item has been handled beyond what’s necessary to inspect it (as you would in a shop), we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.


3. Returns for Stocked & Pre-Order Items

To return an eligible item:

  1. Email shop@enhance-d.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Ensure the item is securely packaged
  3. Post it back to us within 14 days of notifying us

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


4. Print-on-Demand Items

Print-on-demand items are custom made to your order and fall under the UK legal exemption for “goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”
This means they are not eligible for cancellation or return unless they are:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective

If there’s an issue with a print-on-demand product, please email shop@enhance-d.com within 14 days of receiving your item and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the issue

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


5. Delivery Costs

  • If you cancel under the 14-day right for stocked or pre-order items, we will refund the original standard delivery charge.
  • If you selected a premium shipping option (e.g., express delivery), we reserve the right to only refund the amount equivalent to standard delivery.
  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of your purchase (unless you agreed to a longer timeframe), you are entitled to a full refund.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your parcel is returned to us or our supplier, you may be asked to cover additional shipping costs for redelivery.
