Measure in underwear only. Chest and hips: around the widest part. Waist: just above your belly button, at the narrowest point.
- Tops: go by chest and waist. Shorts, bibs and tights: go by hip. If your chest and hips fall in different sizes, choose the larger.
- Between two sizes? The smaller is a sportier fit, the larger slightly looser.
- Epic is a tight race fit. For a looser fit, go one size up.
